Wenger Watches: Three Year International Warranty
Wenger Watch S.A. guarantees your Wenger timepiece for 36 months from the date of purchase subject to the guarantee conditions. The international guarantee covers faulty material and workmanship only. See detailed guarantee conditions below.
IMPORTANT NOTICE - In order for your 3 Year Warranty to be valid:
It must be purchased from an authorised Wenger Dealer and come with an Official Wenger Guarantee Booklet which has been duly signed and filled in with the date of purchase, watch reference , name and address (or Stamp) of the place of purchase. If you fail to obtain this completed guarantee booklet at the time of purchase your watch may not be repaired under warranty.
BEWARE of unauthorised dealers as your purchase from them will not come with a Wenger warranty.
If your watch becomes defective, it will be repaired by Wenger Watch S.A. or an approved Wenger Service Centre.
The following items and/or damage are not covered by the guarantee:
Leather strap, glass or battery damage owing to misuse or use not in accordance with the instructions; wear and normal aging of watch; defects due to any work carried out on the watch by unauthorised third parties or not approved by Wenger Watch S.A.
This international guarantee will be accepted by approved Wenger sales outlets on condition that it has been correctly completed in every detail.
